Outsource2LAC is a long-standing initiative by the IDB’s Integration and Trade Sector, spanning over a decade, aimed at unleashing the full potential of our countries in the fast-growing global digital services industry. Outsource2LAC highlights the significant benefits that this dynamic industry can bring to the economies of our region, including creating high-value jobs, technology transfer, a surge in foreign direct investment, and a diversified export market, and covers a wide range of topics related to the digital economy in various verticals such as automation, logistics, animation, video games, agtech, fintech, software applications, and e-commerce solutions, to name a few.

Building on the success of eight previous editions of Outsource2LAC (seven in-person and one virtual) and leveraging the ConnectAmericas business community, Outsource2LAC Global Digital Services Summit – Jamaica 2023 will convene multinational corporations, startups, entrepreneurs, and trade promotion organizations to explore the latest trends in digital technologies and identify new international business opportunities through B2B and B2G matchmaking meetings.
