Founder & CEO, Caprock Solutions Inc.

Patrick is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caprock Solutions, Inc (“Caprock”). Caprock is an innovative advisory firm serving the education, workforce training, talent development and placement sectors. Caprock provides creative solutions for the government, academia, enterprise, and nonprofit organizations. Patrick has 25 years of experience in the fields of education and workforce development, commercial and residential real estate, corporate finance, and advisory service fields.

 

Most recently, Patrick served as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for NPower Inc., a national U.S. nonprofit that trains underserved young adults and veterans in technology and professional skills and places them in technology positions at Fortune 500

firms. Over a twelve-year period, he led the organization’s significant growth and development. He helped to grow the annual budget from $500K to $22M, number of students served per year from 90 to 2,000 and scaled up site locations from one to twelve across the U.S. and Canada. Patrick also helped to develop a registered IT Generalist and Cybersecurity Department of Labor apprenticeships.

 

Patrick holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. Patrick is originally from Jamaica and was raised in Freeport, Bahamas and Miami,

  1. After living in Brooklyn, NY for 22 years, he now resides in South Florida with his wife and 3 children.

 

Patrick is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and human and community development. He serves on the executive board of Covenant House Florida which is focused on helping homeless youth to find a safe haven, learn job skills and to become self-sufficient. He also sits on the board of Technolij, a nonprofit which promotes and facilitates tech training opportunities for employed and unemployed adults as a pathway to economic prosperity.

REGISTRATION

Open to public and private sector participants (startups, entrepreneurs, governments, investors, etc.) interested in one-on-one business meetings. It also provides admission to summit sessions and exhibitions.
