Carolina is an Investment Officer at IDB Lab – the innovation lab of the Inter-American Development Bank, the leading source of development finance in Latin America and the Caribbean. As such, she is responsible for originating, structuring, and overseeing a variety of financial operations, that are leveraging innovation towards economic and sustainable development across LAC. She leads IDB Lab’s edtech investment strategy, identifying early-stage startups that are transforming education in the region.
