Chandra Mouli is a seasoned IT executive with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation in the semiconductor industry. With over 30 years of experience in leading global engineering organizations, he has a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and business. Currently, Chandra leads a global Engineering Organization driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise that improve efficiency, agility, flexibility, IP security, and cost of product development. His team supports a global High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure for chip design, one of the largest in the semiconductor industry. As a pioneer in HPC hybrid cloud strategy, Chandra has spearheaded the definition and adoption of a hybrid cloud strategy at scale for the enterprise, leveraging all major public cloud providers to optimize computing costs and improve capacity elasticity. Under his leadership, his team has delivered innovative AI/ML and software solutions, resulting in substantial cost savings. In the past year, he has led the design and development of a large language model based GenAi chatbot and software code generation that is being widely adopted across product development teams within the company. He has also led a major effort to implement a big data platform and analytics capabilities that provides new insights to the business for driving product development cycle time acceleration, cost reduction and development efficiencies. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President, Operations at Intel Corporation, where he built and managed post silicon engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations in their custom silicon foundry business unit supporting external customers.
