Damaris is a Partner at 500 Global, leading the Investor Relations team for Latin America. She actively participates in the fundraising and commercial strategy for the 500 LatAm Funds and is responsible for Investor Relations efforts in the region.

With over five years at 500 Global, Damaris has successfully led fundraising initiatives for previous LatAm funds. Her journey in the ecosystem began at Boletia, where she learned the ins and outs of the startup world, serving in various roles before joining the 500 LatAm team. Prior to that, she built her career in the media industry.

Within the venture capital industry, Damaris has served on the board of Mujeres Invirtiendo and is an ambassador for WeInvest Latam and Global Women in VC. She also holds advisory positions on initiatives focused on the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem around the world.
