Mark Harper is the current Chief Financial Officer of Ualá, the Buenos Aires based neobank with operations in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia. Prior to joining Ualá, he served as the Director of Investment Banking for Latin America at Itaú BBA. Before that, he was an Associate on the JPM IB Latam team located in New York. Mark holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics from University College London.
