Michael Dowding is the Chief Innovation Officer at Health on Cloud, a digital health platform company with operations in South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Currently, Michael is the project lead for a Health on Cloud feasibility study in Colombia, supported by IDB Invest. This project, involving top hospitals, emphasizes teleconsulting in rural areas and integrating third-party applications for hospital consultations, with strong government and private sector backing for regulations and policies. Michael is focused on expanding Health on Cloud’s global reach and collaborating with innovative hospital-focused startups to penetrate the healthcare market.
