Mirella is the Open Innovation and Digital Solutions Manager at BASF Agro, with a background in Chemical Engineering (UFBA) and a postgraduate degree in Digital Business (USP/ESALQ). She has held key roles, including co-founding BASF’s innovation hub ONONO and leading Open Innovation Strategy at Cubo Itaú. A recognized expert in innovation, she has taught at PUC-PR, Hi Academy, and Cogna Education. Mirella was named a Valuable Young Leader by Harvard Business Review and recognized as one of the top 70 women leaders in Latin America by McKinsey & Co.
