Chief External Affairs Officer, Clip
Myriam CosÃo Robles has been the Chief External Affairs Officer at Clip since 2021, and also serves on the company’s board of directors. She originally joined Clip in 2015 as Chief Operations Officer and most recently led the Financial Services area.
In April 2023, Myriam was appointed Vice President of Institutional Relations for the Fintech Association of Mexico. Since 2022, she has been a board member of the Association of Payment Media Aggregators (ASAMEP) of Mexico, and as of May 2023, she serves as its President for a two-year term. Her professional trajectory has established her as a prominent leader in the financial services sector, particularly in the realm of payment systems.
Before joining Clip, Myriam spent 11 years at American Express, holding several leadership positions, including Vice President of Customer Management and Product Development.
She holds a degree in Electronic and Electrical Systems Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
In 2022, Myriam was recognized as an Endeavor Mentor, a distinction she retained in 2023. Additionally, in 2024, she was named one of “The 500 Most Influential People in Latin
America” by Bloomberg LÃnea for the fourth consecutive year. In 2023, she became an advisor within the H20 Capital network and was recognized as one of Mexico’s Most Important Women by Mujer Ejecutiva magazine.
