Executive Director of the Chamber of Digital Industry and Services and VP Digital Transformation, ANDI
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Master’s in Public Administration from American University in Washington, DC. He has been a consultant to the IDB and FAO, as well as working for non-governmental organizations such as the International Intellectual Property Institute, the International Republican Institute and the Heritage Foundation. He was Director of Competitiveness and Productivity of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism between 2007 and 2009.
He is currently Executive Director of the Chamber of Digital Industry and Services at the National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI), where national and international companies participate. Since May of 2017 he was appointed, as well, as Vice President of Digital Transformation of the National Business Association of Colombia – ANDI where it seeks to promote and facilitate through knowledge, information and best practices, the adoption and use of emerging technologies that allow the transformation of Business models to improve productivity and insertion into global value chains.
