At Carrier, Steve leads a team of 2000 people, across seven different delivery centers, supporting functions of Finance, Procurement, HR, and Master Data.

Before leading GBS at Carrier, Steve held similar roles at AkzoNobel and at The Kellogg Company.

Steve has extensive experience within the Business Process outsourcing environment, having worked at Accenture, and Capgemini leading their Finance & Accounting Operations, as well as transitions and process excellence programs.

He was the Business Leader for Genpact’s Latin America operations where he led an organization of over 3,000 associates, and previously led the Insurance CoE for Genpact and was based at their operations in Delhi, India for 3 years.

Steve sits on the advisory board for the Shared Services Outsourcing Network (SSON), a Nearshore Executive Alliance, and is an active speaker at Shared Services events around the world.

He holds an MBA from Loughborough University (U.K.), a MS in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan, Wales (U.K.), and a MA in Change Management from Western Michigan University (USA).
